SHIPPING:

All shipping and insurance costs (if desired) are paid by the buyer.

Within Southern Africa, we make use of a Courier service, or the overnight ‘counter to counter’ service offered by the South African Postal Service.

DHL or any other preferred courier can provide International shipping service, or standard airmail offered by South African postal service.This is usually a 3 to 5 day service depending on customs wait time.

MINIMUMS / WHOLESALE:

Minimum purchase is 15 items. The total can be made up of any number of items within our product range as long as the total equals 15, not including silver chains. (e.g. 5 pendants, 5 dangles and 5 rings). Our minimum order for studs is 10 pairs. Follow up purchases should equal a minimum of 15 items, unless otherwise arranged.

PAYMENT:

Once you have sent your order in via email I will send you an invoice including shipping costs.

Payment can be in the form of a cheque made out to Flick Glass, wire transfer, Internet transfer or PayPal sent to flickglass@yahoo.com.

Please contact us for bank details. Proof of payment should be emailed to flickglass@yahoo.com for confirmation.

Orders are shipped upon clearance of payment.
